For many years, Grace was a professional language translator with the State of Hawaii. In that capacity she assisted many foreign dignitaries in their travels throughout Hawaii and the Continental U.S. In that position, Grace met and made many fascinating lifelong friends.

Deciding to turn a natural business knack with real estate and financial investments into a professional undertaking, Grace teamed up with Patricia Case to form Case Properties in 1992.
